The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. We do not cover installation, removal, or diagnostics. All payments must be made within 48 hours after the final invoice has been sent (unless previously arranged).
After 48 hours an Unpaid Item Case will be opened. Customer Service / Our Promise. On time parts when promised.
