Rebuild Repair for Bosch 5.7 57 ABS EBCM BMW Audi VW DSC or No DSC

  

PLEASE NOTE: This is a ModuleMaster REBUILD SERVICE. BMW Bosch 5.7 ABS Module REBUILD!

Do NOT send the entire unit. Leave the pump and motor in the vehicle. This rebuild applies to the following vehicles. 2000 - 2008 Audi A4. 2000 - 2008 Audi A6. 2003 - 2008 Audi A8. 1998 - 2008 BMW 3-Series.

1999 - 2008 BMW 5-Series. 1999 - 2008 BMW 7-Series. 1999 - 2008 BMW M-Series. 1999 - 2008 BMW X-Series. 1999 - 2008 BMW Z-Series.

1999 - 2008 VW Passat. Other years, makes, and models WILL apply. Or most common part numbers.

Other part numbers may apply. (number of solenoids may vary). This rebuild should correct the following issues with YOUR BMW/Bosch 5.7.

Loss of communication with module. Keep in mind that a faulty module will hide faulty wheel sensors.

If you have replaced a wheel sensor and the module is bad, it has the potential to damage the wheel speed sensor which will need to be replaced again if you continue to have wheel sensor faults upon re-installation of a newly rebuilt module. This rebuild service includes the following work performed on YOUR BMW/Bosch 5.7. Repair internal connections that have failed. Replace faulty components causing the following. Pump motor to run continuously. 950-002 950-001 and 900-001 can be tested. 950-004 950-006 and 950-067 can be partially tested. Other part numbers can be partially tested. Five year guarantee against return failure. PLEASE include the following when sending your ABS module to us. Year Make and Model of the vehicle that the ABS module is out of. Description of the issues you are having with your ABS module.

We highly recommend you cover the exposed part of the hydraulic unit to keep out water and dirt while your module is being rebuil t. Please DO NOT send the pump and motor! Failure to do so may lead to the solenoids becoming detached. Wrap the ABS module in bubble wrap inside a sturdy cardboard box so it doesn't move around. Allow several inches of padded space between the ABS module and inner walls of the box.

ABS modules NOT packaged carefully can, and will, break while in transit. DO NOT use large air pouches as they will deflate and become useless. Christmas - New Years Day (12/25-1/1).
